Start 2017 with a bang! We are here to help you achieve your New Year Goals. We offer a range of training classes to get you into shape as well as offering 1-2-1 personal training.
Here is an update on exercise options for you, this new year.
- 1-2-1 personal training. If you have a specific goal / target or are just unsure on how to start then let me know. I am here to help.
- Mum and baby fitness on Monday and now Friday mornings, 10am in Amersham, for any mum with a baby or little one. Relaxed and friendly class that will make you work whilst taking care not to over do things.
- Fitness Pilates every Thursday evening in Amersham 8pm, another great class taught by my wife Lucy. Pilates based with a few twists to get you working hard.
- Circuit training every Monday and Wednesday 7pm and Saturday 9am. A pure blast of everything worked at your own pace. No pressure just do what you can and I am always on hand to help.
