With 2017 just around the corner, we have great exercise options for you to choose from.

Start 2017 with a bang! We are here to help you achieve your New Year Goals. We offer a range of training classes to get you into shape as well as offering 1-2-1 personal training.

Here is an update on exercise options for you, this new year.

  • 1-2-1 personal training. If you have a specific goal / target or are just unsure on how to start then let me know. I am here to help.
  • Mum and baby fitness on Monday and now Friday mornings, 10am in Amersham, for any mum with a baby or little one. Relaxed and friendly class that will make you work whilst taking care not to over do things.
  • Fitness Pilates every Thursday evening in Amersham 8pm, another great class taught by my wife Lucy. Pilates based with a few twists to get you working hard.
  • Circuit training every Monday and Wednesday 7pm and Saturday 9am. A pure blast of everything worked at your own pace. No pressure just do what you can and I am always on hand to help.

Circuit Training carries on as normal indoors

So as the lighter evenings are changing our circuit training classes cary on as normal but will mainly be indoors.

Its been great all summer to be outside but don’t worry we carry on with our same venue, just indoors.

Every Monday & Wednesday 7pm and Saturday 9am.

Chalfonts Community College, Narcot Lane. Use the main school entrance.

Everyone’s welcome, come and try a class anytime. New members always welcome.
