We Believe

The Small Group PT Program.
Limited to six people in our private personal training studio.
Early morning, after the school run, evenings and Saturday sessions available.
Everyone follows a specific training plan, designed by us, using a mix of all the equipment in our studio.
Training plans change weekly meaning you keep progressing and never repeat the same workout.
One of our personal trainers will be on hand the whole time to guide you through the plan and help when you need it.
Train with the same people each week. We put you together, you don’t need to bring another five people.
Sessions are one hour long and work out at £23 per session, £92 a month.
