Our Fitness Pilates Program
Join our popular Pilates training program and see extra ordinary results.

One of the main aims of the class is to teach you correct movement patterns which will eventually become automatic in everyday life.
The class consists of standing and floor based exercises with a deep stretch and relaxation at the end. A towel & water is essential! Comfortable gym wear with trainers, however bare feet is preferred during the class.
Please bring your own mat to use at the class and a stretch / resistance band if you have one. (We can provide you with a band if you don’t have one)
We have different payment packages available for our Pilates classes:
Starter Class – £10
then
One class a week – £38 per month – Silver
Two / three classes a week – £64 per month – Gold
Booking is essential and you can choose which classes you want to attend.
We have our own unique booking system via our website. First, purchase your chosen package, create a log in and then simply book onto your classes.
