The Group Circuit Training Program
Join our popular group circuit training program and see extra ordinary results.
Since 2009 we have be creating an environment in which you can flourish. Whether you want to be healthier, stronger, leaner, faster or more flexible it all starts with joining our group circuit training classes.
We have three packages available for classes:
Starter Class – £10 per class
One session a week – £38 per month
Three sessions a week – £64 per month
Booking essential and you choose what classes you want to attend
We have our own unique booking system via our website. First purchase your chosen package and create a log in, then simply book onto your classes.
- Highly effective strength & conditioning, total all over body workout
- Sessions are always one hour long
- Strength cardio & core exercises following a HIIT and repetition style program
- Using a mix of equipment and bodyweight to target every part of your body
- Work at your own pace - we set the exercises, you do what you can
- Covid secure. No sharing equipment and social distancing measures in place
Scott at Core Fitness has run classes in Chalfont for over sixteen years. Each session follows the traditional Core Fitness program that has been developed over the past decade and has helped thousands of people change their body and lives.
No class is ever the same and always good fun!
Indoor classes are held at The Hub, Gold Hill Baptist Church, Church Lane, SL9 9RF
Outdoor classes are held at Gold Hill Common or Tithe Barn Youth Centre, Sandy Rise, SL9 9TR

Chalfont St Peter
Indoors at The Hub, Gold Hill Baptist Church, Church Lane. This is a brand new building. We use the specifically built sports hall located on the top floor. Outside on Gold Hill Common up by the Jolly Farmer Pub. You will find us on the centre of the common. Outdoors also at Tithe Barn Youth Centre. Located opposite the Greyhound pub at the bottom of the village. We use the astroturf court that is flood lit.
