Our fitness classes are held at the Chalfonts Community College on Narcot Lane next to the leisure centre. Only a 3 minute drive from our studio.
Our classes have been running since 2009! We have created an environment in which you can flourish. Whether you want to be healthier, stronger, leaner, faster or more flexible it all starts with joining our group circuit training classes.
We have three packages available for classes:
Starter Class – £15 per class
One session a week – £50 per month (£12.50 per class)
Three sessions a week – £74 per month (£6.16 per class)
Book your sessions online and choose what classes you want to attend
We have our own unique booking system via our website. First purchase your chosen package and create a log in, then simply book onto your classes.
- Highly effective strength & conditioning, total all over body workout
- Using a mix of equipment and bodyweight to target every part of your body
- We provide all the equipment you need - just turn up
- Sessions are one hour long
- Strength cardio & core exercises following a HIIT and repetition style program
- Work at your own pace - we set the exercises, you do what you can
- Every session is different to the last. Never repeat the same workout and always good fun!
The team at Core Fitness have been running exercise classes in Chalfont St Peter for over sixteen years. Each session follows the traditional Core Fitness program that has been developed over the past decade and has helped thousands of people change their body and lives.

No need to bring any equipment as we provide everything you need
Inside in the large gymnasium hall with the option to use the outside private playing fields in the summer
Use the Narcot Lane entrance. Lots of onsite parking available

Use the Narcot Lane entrance. Turn into the college and park either on the right or left in the marked bays. There is a front reception entrance with double glass doors where someone will welcome you and direct you to the gymnasium.
