Our Mum & Baby Classes
Join our popular mum & baby Small Group PT sessions and feel great.
All our classes are run from our private personal training studio located in Chalfont St Peter village using all the equipment we have to offer.
- Improve your post natal recovery

The main aim of the session is to get you back into a regular exercise routine post pregnancy. Its a place you can come and train with other mums and of course your baby or little one comes with you.
Your baby can stay in the buggy / car seat throughout the session or you can lay them on the floor in our baby soft play zone. If you need to stop to feed your little one this is also not a problem and you can do this at any point.
During each class, we will have a pre programmed workout ready for you to follow, you do as much as you can. We will teach you the correct movement patterns using a range of equipment in our studio. All exercises will be safe and will be specific to you depending on your level of post natal recovery.
If you have any concerns then you let us know, we are here to help and want you to feel safe and progress to get to where you have been in the past.
Cost for the session is £92 per month, this is £23 per session
