We meet every Monday and Friday, 10am at Amersham community centre. Only £7 pay as you go per class. The class is indoors for January, February, March.

The class is firstly safe and effective. All exercises and performed correctly and are monitored by me all the time.

Each week the class varies and different equipment is used. The main focus is to get you fit, healthy and strong so you feel better equipped to move into more intense exercise at a later date.
