London Marathon 2018

Scott’s Next Big Challenge

Anyone who knows me knows I am not a runner, I can if course run small distances but don’t love to run. Growing up as a cyclist running was always tough on my joints and would ache for ages after so always stayed away from pounding the pavements running.

I always try to set myself challenges and couldn’t think of a better one. Its just over six months away so I have a lot of time to train and get myself to the best possible shape I can next April.

Another big motivation to run a marathon is so I can pass on all the information I will learn about a how to prepare and hopefully successfully complete a marathon so I can pass on to others in the future.

I will blog my training for you all to see and hopefully you can sponsor me nearer the time. I am running on behalf of children with cancer.
