Small group personal training is where a group of 4 individuals come and train together at the Core Fitness Training Club.
Scott has been running the sessions for over four years now but had to stop the classes over the recent lockdowns.
We are now running the sessions again, keeping everyone safe of course. The idea is that the group works by themselves following a plan that Scott has set. Each week the plan is progressed and you try new equipment each week.
We cater for everyone and can adapt sessions to suit. You get a great workout and should really feel the benefit each week.
Scott currently runs all the sessions.
Sessions are £92 a month for a platinum membership.
Sessions are:
- Monday 8:15pm
- Tuesday 7pm & 8pm
- Wednesday 8:15pm
- Thursday 8pm
- Friday 9:30am
- Saturday 7:15am & 10:15am
