As September arrives we hope you had a great summer and are now ready to get stated again on your fitness journey.

We are open and here to help with a range of different options.

Personal training in our private studio. We have a range of personal trainers ready to help you reach your goals. Just get in touch.

Group personal training. Early mornings, after the school drop off, evenings and weekends, we have a class for you. Group of 4 working out together with a trainer.

Group circuit training. Still running outdoors but soon to move indoors. Great fun in a larger group.

Circuit Training carries on as normal indoors

So as the lighter evenings are changing our circuit training classes cary on as normal but will mainly be indoors.

Its been great all summer to be outside but don’t worry we carry on with our same venue, just indoors.

Every Monday & Wednesday 7pm and Saturday 9am.

Chalfonts Community College, Narcot Lane. Use the main school entrance.

Everyone’s welcome, come and try a class anytime. New members always welcome.
