Our brand new training club is finally open after 6 months. We are excited to welcome you all to our new home in Chalfont St.Peter.

We are finally ready to open and begin offering our training services to you. It has been a long six months but we are really pleased with how everything is looking.

From our brand-new shop front, you walk into a fresh, clean open space where everything you need is all in one place. We have dumbbells, kettlebells, racks, barbells, bench’s all in our front area.

When you go up the small stair case we have an open plan functional training area with more dumbbells, a sled to push and pull up and down, bosu balls, medicine balls. Finally we have an outside area for more intense training. 

We are offering personal training 7 days a week as well as small group training sessions at specific times of the day.
