Training outdoors in the fresh air always brings out the best in me. I highly recommend getting outside this spring time, even for a short walk. Spring is a time for new life, when flowers bloom and the trees begin to grow, why not try a new training program during this new season?

Good luck to everyone putting the final preparations to marathon training, I know lots of you are training for 5k, 10k and 1\2 marathon racing.

Looking ahead to summer, lots of spaces in all classes, if you would like to try mum and baby fitness or circuit training, do get in touch.
