Outdoor exercise classes start again

From Monday March 29th our popular group circuit training resumed againall sessions will be in Chalfont St Peter. The classes have been running in Chalfont for over a decade and it’s great to be able to start up again after a winter running the sessions online.

Please take a look at our current timetable which will change to add more classes over time.

All sessions will be held at Gold Hill Common using the open space. Monday & Wednesday 7pm. Thursday 9:30am & Saturday  9am.

We have also decided to still run a zoom session on a Tuesday at 7pm for anyone who can’t make it.

All group circuit sessions are bring your own mat and set of weights (any weights you have will do). For all sessions we will remain socially distancedkeeping you safe.

It’s important to book onto your classes via our website. It’s very simple to book. First you need to choose and pay for your selected package, Gold (3 x a week £64), Silver (once a week £38) or Bronze (payg £10). Once you have paid for your package you will have created your own log in, where you will be able to view the calendar and are then able to book.

Remember if you are new your first class is free so tell your friends.

We can’t wait to see you all again in person.
