Scott and Lucy Merrilees, both 35 years old have been working in the fitness industry for over 14 years. Between us we run lots of weekly exercise classes to suit everyone.
We offer a friendly and reliable service to anyone who is looking to get started with exercise or who is looking for a change to their current routine. Whatever goal or target you are trying to meet, we can help to motivate you and give you that extra push to get there.
Scott has been running weekly HIIT (high intensity interval training) circuit training classes in Chalfont St Peter and Amersham for over eleven years. The classes are very friendly (no military style) and can be worked at your own pace. Don’t let the word ‘high intense’ or ‘circuit training’ put you off. All levels of fitness are welcome and exercises are always adapted to suit your needs. It’s a great way to exercise!
Together we run small group personal training sessions with a maximum number of 8 people per session. All group sessions are programme specific using specific equipment you may see in a fitness gym. The session is a great way to learn how to exercise correctly and with perfect technique. You will feel like you have had a great workout and see the benefits of working out in a smaller group.
Scott has also been running female fitness classes in Amersham for over seven years. The session is female specific and is suitable for all ages. Mums looking to get back into exercise after child birth are welcome, anyone new to exercise or maybe you are already training regularly you will get a great workout and meet some great people. Younger children are welcome to join you with this class also.
Lucy has been running fitness Pilates in Amersham for two years. The classes are open to both males and females and the main focus is strength and flexibility. Many people come to the class with niggling injuries, stiff and tight muscles, bad posture and all see results straight away.
For all our classes you don’t need any equipment as we provide everything. All you need to do is turn up, have fun and feel great. Our classes are run indoors and outdoors depending on the weather, all in private locations.
