Why Train In Our Studio?
Private Appointments Only
Our brand new studio in Chalfont St Peter has been designed and equipped with the very best equipment, providing an excellent environment to run bespoke personal training sessions, that will deliver results.
Our studio is private and secure. All training programs are designed personally to you and your specific goals and targets. Training plans are designed over a 6 or 12 week period to get you to where you want to be.
Small Group PT Classes
Our small group PT sessions are designed to give you all the attention and focus you need while you enjoy the support and atmosphere of group training.
We run multiple small group PT classes in our private studio for up to 4 people with 1 personal trainer. Using our specific gym equipment and classic bodyweight exercises, we will focus on delivering a specific training program for each person within the group. These classes offer excellent value to our clients and are running exclusively in our brand new studio.

Highly Effective Classes With Great Results
All our group classes are very motivational as you are exercising in a group but at your own pace following our programmes.
We cover every training aspect in one session. Strength, cardio, core, flexibility & functional movement are all covered following a HIIT or rep based style. Many different types of exercises are performed using different types of equipment. You will be able to work at your own pace and all exercises can be adapted to suit your needs.
Our coaches will teach, educate and support you to achieve results beyond your expectations.
