Our private personal training studio in Chalfont St Peter has been designed and equipped with the very best equipment, providing an excellent environment to run bespoke personal training sessions, that will deliver results.
Our studio is fully private, air-conditioned & always clean. All training programs are designed personally to you and your specific goals and targets. Training plans are designed over a 6 or 12 week period to get you to where you want to be.
Our small group PT sessions are designed to give you all the attention and focus you need while you enjoy the support and atmosphere of group training.
Our small group / semi private PT classes in our studio are limited to 6 people with 1 trainer overseeing you. Using all of the equipment as well as classic bodyweight exercises, we will focus on delivering a specific training program for each person within the group. These classes offer excellent value to our clients and are very popular.

Our training encourages a supportive non-judgemental atmosphere to help you every step of the way to get you fit, healthy and achieve your goals. our high street location is in the heart of your community.
Come along and try a Power hour fitness class or Pilates class and see for yourself. We have a starter class option for you to try first then various packages are available.
All our group classes are very motivational as you are exercising in a group but always at your own pace. You follow a workout we have set with our guidance. The workout will change each time you come, meaning you are always getting a different workout.
Our aim is to cover every training aspect in one session. Strength, cardio, core, flexibility & functional movement are all covered following a HIIT or rep based style. Many different types of exercises are performed using different types of equipment. You will be able to work at your own pace and all exercises can be adapted to suit your needs.
Our coaches will teach, educate and support you to achieve results beyond your expectations.

So as the lighter evenings are changing our circuit training classes cary on as normal but will mainly be indoors.
Its been great all summer to be outside but don’t worry we carry on with our same venue, just indoors.
Every Monday & Wednesday 7pm and Saturday 9am.
Chalfonts Community College, Narcot Lane. Use the main school entrance.
Everyone’s welcome, come and try a class anytime. New members always welcome.
We had such a great day seeing you all at the recent feast day in Chalfont St Peter. It was a busy, hot day but we loved being part of it all and showing everyone what we do here at Core Fitness.
