Team Core Fitness completes tough Mudder

Team Core Fitness completed tough mudder Henley this month. Scott, Francois, Sasha & Pip plus a group of our lovely clients all got round the course (picked up a bit of mud on the way round!) We decided to do a challenge and offer it to our clients. Its a team event and not a race so doing as group we all helped each other over, under, through and around the course. We will be doing this again so please let us know if you would like to join in on the next one!
