Join The Core Fitness Nutrition Program


The program is gluten free and can be easily adapted to take account of your allergies as there are plenty of recipes to choose from.  Just let Hannah know at your goal setting consultation and she will support you in tailoring it to your needs.

You will find that there are veggie and vegan options in the seasonal recipe pack.  Simply request the veggie pack as your second recipe pack and you will find there is lots of choice available.

You have a 15minute coaching consultation included in you program at the end of the 28 day period.  And this is a great place discuss your options.  Perhaps you find that you would like to delve deeper into your health issues and need some more bespoke support – we can discuss a range of one to one and group consultations and programmes that I offer.

Whatever you decide you will retain access to the training portal for 6 months from the start of your program.

In order to keep this program competitively priced, the two 15 minute consultations will happen online via zoom.  It is absolutely possible to meet Hannah in person to discuss your nutritional needs but this will need to be arranged separately outside of this program.

This is a healthy eating program that is suitable for everyone.  Hannah will discuss any concerns you might have at your goal setting consultation.

The program is run on line and can be accessed via your web browser on a computer or through a smartphone app.

One of the 6 simple rules and guidelines of the programme is – Aim to follow the food plan at least 80% of the time.  This program is all about introducing healthy habits for support your health over the long term.  The more closely that you stick to the program the quicker you will see the results.  My advice is to consider the special occasions you have coming up and write down your intention.  So, if it’s your birthday and having a slice of cake (substitute your go-to) is what is takes to make it feel special go ahead.  But consider whether it’s necessary to have a slice of cake for the birthday of every person on your street!

For best results it’s recommended that you eliminate caffeine, alcohol, sugar and sweeteners.   When I’m working with clients, re-thinking the strategy around these stimulants is often one of the trickiest parts of a programme. I am not going to be prescriptive about this. This programme is all about putting your health first and choosing to feel great – so maybe this is your opportunity to knock one or all of them on the head for a couple of weeks. But if that just isn’t going to happen, what is going to work? For example – If having a glass of wine at 6pm every evening is your biggest stumbling block then having more days of the week alcohol free than with a glass of wine or G&T is a good place to start.
