2026 is already shaping up to be a strong year at Core Fitness Training Club in Chalfont Saint Peter. From the very first sessions of January, the energy on the gym floor has been next level — focused, positive, and full of momentum. Members have come back refreshed, motivated, and ready to push themselves, and it’s been brilliant to see familiar faces alongside new ones joining the Core community.

Our coaching team has hit the ground running, delivering high-quality sessions that challenge, support, and inspire. Strength is going up, confidence is growing, and the atmosphere remains what Core does best: welcoming, driven, and results-focused. Whether it’s early mornings or evening sessions, the commitment and consistency have been outstanding.
