Circuit Training, held at the Chalfonts Comunity College, indoors / outdoors. All equipment is provided and sessions are one hour long.
Monday 7pm
Wednesday 7pm
Saturday 9am
Pilates, held at Gold Hill Baptist Church, also known as the Hub on Church Lane. Bring your own mat or we can provide you with one.

Scott’s classes are great and always varied. They are HIIT training so you know you have worked out! The PT sessions (shout out to Hannah) are in the brand new studio in CSP which is super clean and Covid friendly. I would highly recommend Scott and the team to get you fitter and stronger 🏃♀️ 💪

A good HIIT session led by an excellent fitness instructor. Scott is great. He is welcoming and makes sure that you do the exercises correctly. A good feel to the class. A happy group made up of all ages!

Scott and his team show upmost professionalism and it is great for small and larger group training. They have adapted admirably during Covid times, switching to online sessions in lockdown. Scott is always punctual, enthusiastic and always plans a different workout for each session. The new core fitness hub is immaculate and well supplied with core fitness equipment (which is cleaned after every session)

The group sessions are well thought out. Scott and his team are really inspiring. You work hard but the sessions are fun and you feel great after you finish. I hated exercise classes before this but now really enjoy the pain. It is worth it!
