Training formats & how we operate

We offer multiple training formats to suit different levels, goals and budgets:

1-to-1 Personal Training

You work with a personal trainer in a private studio. Sessions are ~1 hour long and come as part of a 6- or 12-week programme.

The trainer helps you with technique, individual goals, nutrition guidance & accountability.

Ideal if you want dedicated attention or have specific goals (injury rehab, sports performance etc).

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)

Groups of about up to 6 people train together in the private studio.

Every person still follows a plan, but you benefit from the group atmosphere. Sessions you’ll find in early morning, evenings, weekends.

This is a good “in-between” format: more personal than a large class, less expensive than full 1-to-1.

Group Circuit / “Power Hour” Fitness Classes

These are larger group classes aimed at strength, cardio, functional movement.

Sessions are ~1 hour, use a variety of equipment + bodyweight, indoors (and some outdoors) depending on weather.

You work at your own pace; the coach leads the session but you can adapt to your level.

Good if you enjoy a class dynamic, want variety, and want the energy of training with others.

Specialist / Age-specific Classes

For example, “Seniors / Over 60” sessions where exercises are tailored for strength, flexibility, balance.

We also offer options for mum & baby, juniors etc.
