Kids & Teens Mondays

Our Kids and Teens classes run on a Monday, after school at 4:30pm.

We will be teaching your kids how to exercise safely. Our aim is to help them to learn how to lift weights correctly by showing the proper technique.

Your kids are welcome to join any session, just let us know you are coming. Its £8 per session and each session lasts an hour.
