Small group personal training sessions. Maximum of 4 people per session with a personal trainer in our brand new private training studio in Chalfont St Peter

We are running two sessions Monday – Thursday and three sessions on a Saturday. Daytime / lunchtime sessions to be added soon, please enquire if this would suit you.

Monday 7pm – 7:45pm & 8pm – 8:45pm

Tuesday 7pm – 7:45pm & 8pm – 8:45pm

Wednesday 7pm – 7:45pm & 8pm – 8:45pm

Thursday 7pm – 7:45pm & 8pm – 8:45pm

Saturday 7am – 7:45am, 8am – 8:45am & 9am 9:45am


£400 for three months / 13 weeks.

In addition to the group classes we offer a selection of small group personal training sessions in our private training studio. During a session your group will be with its own personal trainer working together without any distractions and no one else around.

Using a mix of the gym equipment available and classic bodyweight style exercises, the focus of each sessions will be on perfecting technique and ensuring progression each week. The session will be planned prior to each workout and a trainer will be with you at all times, working alongside you. The class size will be a maximum of 8 people, meaning the workout will be specifically targeted to the small group. You would need to book onto the sessions and commit to the month to secure your spot.

The sessions are always, work at your own pace, you won’t be lifting weights beyond your capabilities and you will always be under supervision form a trainer at all times.
