£62 per month for the 4/5 sessions each month (some months there will be 5 Mondays / Wednesdays etc). To secure your spot you must book upfront and cant just turn up on the day. If sessions are missed and we have space on another session you will be able to join another session to make up.

In addition to the group classes we offer a selection of small group personal training sessions in a gym environment. Exclusive to Core Fitness we have the sole use of the private gyms at both schools. During a session your group will be with its own personal trainer working together without any distractions and no one else around.

Using a mix of the gym equipment available and classic bodyweight style exercises, the focus of each sessions will be on perfecting technique and ensuring progression each week. The session will be planned prior to each workout and a trainer will be with you at all times, working alongside you. The class size will be a maximum of 8 people, meaning the workout will be specifically targeted to the small group. You would need to book onto the sessions and commit to the month to secure your spot.

The sessions are always, work at your own pace, you won’t be lifting weights beyond your capabilities and you will always be under supervision form a trainer at all times.
