Fitness Pilates is a group exercise programme designed to enhance performance in many areas of the body. The aim of Fitness Pilates is to identify postural imbalances through Pilates based exercises:

– Increase muscular balance, strength & control

– Improve posture & alignment

– Improve & enhance core stability

– Improve flexibility

One of the main aims of the class is to teach you the correct movement patterns which will eventually become automatic in everyday life. Fitness Pilates has its base firmly in group fitness & is suitable for the healthy adult.

The class will consist of standing & floor based exercises. Mats & all other equipment will be provided but please feel free to bring your own mat. A towel & water is essential! Comfortable gym wear with trainers, however bare feet is preferred during the class.

The class can be booked in 4 week (calendar month) blocks. It is not a pay as you go class, this is purely to ensure the class can progress each week & follow a structure as a block booking.
