Sessions are indoors as its winter and are held at

Amersham Community Centre, Chiltern Ave, Amersham, HP6 5AH

In the summer we meet at King George V playing fields, Amersham. Located behind the community centre / swimming pool.

Mondays 10am – 11am

Fridays 10am – 11am

Prices:

  • First class is free
  • £10 per session pay as you go
  • £36 per month for 4 sessions
  • £60 per month for unlimited classes
  • No joining fees
  • No contracts
  • By booking sessions, you can combine these classes with the hiit circuit training.

We supply all the equipment you need. All you need to do is turn up in appropriate clothing for the weather and a drink of water.

Female fitness in Amersham is a daytime exercise class similar the evening circuit training sessions but targeted to females only. The class is open to any female at any fitness level. If you are currently exercising you can add this to your current routine or if you are new to exercise this is a great place to start. You will get a great workout, and feel motivated for the day. Each session will be different to the last meaning you will never get bored of the same routine. The focus is on getting fit, having fun and progressing each week.

You are welcome to bring younger children to this class including babies in buggy’s. You can still exercise with them around and we actively promote this to encourage your younger ones to see you keeping fit.

The workout will consist of lots of upper and lower body, strengthening and toning exercises. Core specific strengthening exercises and a good mix of cardiovascular work using a variety of different equipment.

Both the Monday and Friday classes started off as a mum and baby fitness class and began in 2011. The class has since evolved and been adapted to suit everyone. If you have just had a baby and are looking to get started with fitness, if you have younger children who are not at school yet, if you have older children, or no kids at all, the class will be ideal for you, as we cater for everyone.
