We supply all the equipment you need. All you need to do is turn up with a towel and a drink of water.

Both venues have huge open space to exercise in. Throughout the summer months we are usually on the school fields and during the winter we are in the gym hall. Both Amersham and Chalfont are completely private (no onlookers). Parking is also available for free at both sites.

HIIT (high intensity interval training) circuit training classes are a great way to exercise in a fun, friendly environment. Experience a workout like never before, these classes are very motivational as you are exercising in a group, but you are able to work at your own pace. All exercises can be adapted to suit you.

HIIT involves many different types of exercises using all types of equipment. Whether you are trying to lose weight, build muscle or just get in shape, circuit training is designed to meet your specific needs.

Rather than doing the same exercise routines, the circuit workout consists of different stations split up into a sequence with alternating exercises. Each exercise is timed between 20-60 seconds and each session is different to the last.

Anyone is welcome to try any of the classes offered, whether you have exercised before or are a complete beginner. Classes are a great stress buster, suitable for both males and females of all current fitness levels. The atmosphere is relaxed, fun and energetic, you will feel refreshed, energized and the hour will fly past.
